Memorial Day Parade

It was a beautiful for a parade down Broadview Rd to Broadview Centre. The troop met at the old church and walked over to the parade staging area. We were placed right near the front of the parade. After reaching Broadview Centre members of the troop were given the honor of raising the flag before those in attendance.

Participating in this event were Alex, Nick, John, Allen, Donald, Greg, DJ, Peter, Danny, Ben, James, Peter, Doug, Matt S., Matt B., Derek, Mr. Makowski, Mr. Dzurnak, Mr. Drown and Will.

Cuyahoga Valley Leader Awards

There was also a Cuyahoga Valley District Awards Banquet where 3 of our fearless leaders were given awards. Mrs. Krymowski and Mr. Rickert were given the Sparkplug award. Mrs. Krymowski for handing all of our finances and driving anytime someone was needed to drive and Mr. Rickert for renovating our closet space from a disaster to a place where all want to meet. Mr. Makowski was given the Scoutmaster of the Year award and we thank him for his 5 years of service in that capacity to our Troop!
