BlindSnake – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how C.O.B.R.A. Interactive Entertainment Studio Games & Digital Software Artwork Production Labs (Developer: Balázs Á. Békésy) ("we", "us", or "the Developer") handles information in connection with the BlindSnake mobile application (the "Application").

We respect your privacy and aim to collect and process only the information necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Application and to provide advertising services.

Information We Collect

BlindSnake does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number in order to play the game.

The Application itself does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from users.

However, the Application uses third-party advertising technology provided by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect certain information from your device and your interaction with advertisements and the Application.

This may include, depending on the services and advertising features available:

• IP address;

• device and advertising identifiers;

• information about the device and operating system;

• information about application launches and interactions;

• information about advertisements displayed or interacted with;

• diagnostic and performance information; and

• information used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and security purposes.

Such information is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners in accordance with their respective policies.

We do not directly receive or store the above information as a personal user profile.

Advertising

BlindSnake uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements and other advertisements that may appear in the Application.

Google AdMob may use device identifiers, IP addresses, interaction information, and other technical information to provide, measure, and protect advertising services.

Where required by applicable law, advertising consent is requested through Google's consent-management mechanisms before personalized advertising or other consent-based processing takes place.

You may also have options to control advertising personalization through your Android device settings and through consent choices presented by Google.

Third-Party Service Providers

The Application uses the following third-party service:

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
Provided by Google LLC and its affiliates for advertising services.

Google may process information collected through its advertising SDK in accordance with Google's own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

Information We Do Not Collect

BlindSnake does not provide:

• user account registration;

• user profiles;

• direct messaging;

• collection of names or email addresses for gameplay;

• collection of contacts;

• collection of precise GPS location;

• collection of photographs, videos, or other personal files;

• collection of payment card information; or

• user-submitted personal information as part of normal gameplay.

The Application does not intentionally request precise location information.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Application itself does not use traditional website cookies.

However, Google AdMob and its SDK may use identifiers, SDK technologies, local storage, or similar technologies as necessary to provide advertising, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, and support related services.

Where consent is legally required, the relevant consent will be requested through Google's consent-management mechanisms.

Legal Basis and Consent

Depending on the applicable law and the specific processing activity, information may be processed on the basis of:

• your consent;

• the necessity to provide the Application and its features;

• legitimate interests, where applicable; or

• compliance with legal obligations.

Where processing requires your consent, you may withdraw that consent through the available consent-management options or other applicable mechanisms.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Data Retention

The Developer does not maintain a separate personal user database for BlindSnake gameplay.

Information processed by third-party service providers, including Google AdMob, is retained according to their respective policies, technical requirements, and applicable legal obligations.

Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably be used to identify an individual may be retained for longer periods.

If you contact us directly, we may retain the information contained in your communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, resolve an issue, or comply with legal obligations.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

• request access to personal information;

• request correction of inaccurate information;

• request deletion of personal information;

• object to or restrict certain processing;

• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and

Because much of the information associated with advertising services is processed directly by Google, some requests may need to be directed to Google or handled through Google's available privacy tools.

Children's Privacy

BlindSnake is not specifically directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Application.

The Application does not require users to create accounts or submit personal information in order to play.

Advertising services provided through Google AdMob may apply additional restrictions and safeguards for users who are children or who are treated as children under applicable law.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed in connection with the Application.

Information transmitted by Google's Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using industry-standard transport security mechanisms.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Data Transfers

Google and other service providers may process information on servers located in countries other than your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards for international data transfers are applied by the relevant service provider.
