aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Crew was excellent. Food was ok for a short flight. Plane was a regular airliner without any entertainment. Crew members were delightful. Pilot took off and landed without ever feeling that it had touched down. Very professional pilot and staff

My flight was delayed for more than an hour due to planning amd scheduling issues all of which were Lufthansa's responsibility. They failed dismally at doing what was agreed upon and their reparations were inadequate and completely useless to us. The flight crew were lovely however the ground crew working out of their customer service were the modt rude and obnoxious people i have ever had the misfortune of meeting.

The crew that checked at the gate was completely unprofessional, i had a child, stroller and a carry on luggage and the crew did not bother providing any help getting down 3 flight if stairs. I asked for hel and they ignored me

This report will be talking about my flight on Turkish Airlines from Brussels to Istanbul on the way to Beirut.

Brussels airport I find it efficient and nice to fly from (based on my experiences) . The flight was delayed 1.5 hours and then with only notice on screen, they changed the gate.

The seat was normal economy seat. Legroom was good but nothing exceptional.

The flight was full and had several destination travelers but that normal since Istanbul is very international transit hub.

The IFE has a great selection on movies and music. The IFE works while still on the ground even. The flight attendants forgot to put headsets on my seat, I took the ones of the lady next to me.

45 minutes into the flight, Meal service started. I ordered the vegan meal and I got it served.

The meal was Beans in Tomatoes (just like how my mom prepares it). It was yummy and satisfying. The appetizer was also same meal which I found it weird to be honest.

To be honest, I kind of feel a bit underwhelmed by the catering after all the buzz that I heard about Turkish Airlines Catering, but still ok.

After we got a Coffee or Tea service. Its ok.

The flight was nice but nothing sooo memorable. I liked my flight, comfortable seat, great IFE selection and good food. I feel it can be better but still better than most European airlines for sure. I will fly them again and maybe I will try their business class because they offer reasonable prices between Brussels and Istanbul. Will repeat.
