New Buffer Zone Rules
In order to get paid by Broward County Public Schools you must have an Automatic Clearing House (ACH Form) direct deposit on file. Completing and submitting the forms below to the BCAA Office JUST ONCE, will cover for you ALL SPORTS, and all public school games officiated.
These forms only apply to Broward PUBLIC SCHOOLS assignments. Private, and charter schools will continue to use their own various payment methods (Arbiter Pay, checks issued on site, checks mailed to your home etc.)
Each official must complete a Request for Taxpayer Identification - W-9 form
Each official must complete a new direct deposit authorization - ACH Payment Agreement

Will I have to do this for every sport I officiate?
- NO, completing the forms JUST ONCE, will enter you into the system for all BCAA sports
I already have direct deposit on file do I need to complete another ACH form?
- NO, this form is for NEW MEMBERS ONLY
Must I provide my social security number on the W-9?
- YES, all officials must submit a completed, and signed W-9 form
What will I need to complete both of these forms?
- You will need the following information to complete the forms
Social Security number
Direct Deposit Info - Name of Bank, Branch/State, Routing number, Account number, Account type Checking or Savings
A voided check to verify your bank details if depositing into a checking account
