When you set up iCloud, you automatically get 5GB of storage. You can use that space for your iCloud backups, to keep your photos and videos stored in iCloud Photos, to keep your documents up to date in iCloud Drive, and more. You can always check how much iCloud storage you're using in Settings on your device or on iCloud.com. If you're running low, you can manage your storage to make more space or upgrade to iCloud+ any time.

If you're getting low on storage in iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later, you can go to Recommended for You in your iCloud settings and check if there are photos, large files, or backups that you might not need anymore and can delete.

iCloud Photos uses your iCloud storage to keep all of your photos and videos up to date across your devices. You can make more space in iCloud when you delete photos and videos that you no longer need from the Photos app on any of your devices.

Before you delete anything, make sure that you back up the photos and videos that you still want. When you use iCloud Photos and delete a photo or video on one device, it's also deleted on all other devices where you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Could you update if these unused images were also uploaded through AppSheet app in G drive? Also is it correct understanding that those are now unused because their records have been deleted from the app?

1. Add the images folder with option of "Folder As Table" . Please make this table with ADD. UPDATE , DELET option in AppSheet. Say this folder is called "Products_Images" in G drive and table is also called "Products_Images" in AppSheet.

Once you invoke the master reference action, the unused images will be deleted from the G drive. However please be careful to test the approach on a test app first because this is a delete operation. Any incorrect deletes can cause an issue.

When you can't copy photos from Mac to external hard drive, the possible causes could be the permission issue on the external drive, incorrect files system, corrupted photos, etc. Therefore, one thing needs to be verified: do you upload photos from and export photos to the same external hard drive? There is a workaround when you can't directly export from Mac Photos to an external hard drive, that is to create a folder on the Mac desktop, export the RAW photos from the Photos app to the new folder, and then you can transfer the folder from Mac to the external hard drive.
