Single-Family House: Modern Style

This plan is located on a corner plot. To create a better indoor-outdoor interaction experience for the client, a double-height design was specially implemented on the corner side. Additionally, the front and back are connected through a continuous layout, maximizing the integration of outdoor scenery into the interior. The ground floor incorporates the design concept of office space and a guest bedroom. Guests can enter and exit independently from the backyard, making the functional zoning clearer. On the second floor, each room is equipped with a walk-in closet and a bathroom, enhancing the overall quality of the house. In particular, for the exterior façade design, we adopted a modern pitched roof combined with a curved roof surface. The metal roofing adds greater interest and vibrancy to the building.
