After multiple rounds of design discussions and revisions, the project has been revised from the original two-story sloped roof residence with a third-floor loft to a three-story multi-unit residence featuring a low pitch roof with a flat roof appearance. The three above-ground floors constitute a single residential unit, while the basement accommodates a 2nd suite. The first floor adopts an open-plan design concept, creating a more spacious interior and compensating for the limited natural light in the central units. The second and third floors serve as bedroom areas, with a clear separation between active and quiet zones. Additionally, the third floor includes a master bedroom balcony and landscaped elements, enhancing the spatial depth and visual interest of the façade.
