Townhouse: Traditional Style

This project went through multiple design adjustments before finally meeting the client’s satisfaction. The scheme is quite unique: it completely separates the above-ground layout and the 2nd suites, allowing the building to achieve a massing height equivalent to two and a half stories. Several revisions were also made to the building’s fire safety design, and ultimately a fixed steel frame with wired glass was adopted in the living room area. Overall, the architectural effect features a well-balanced variation in heights, with clear distinctions between protrusions and recesses.
