Duplex: Heritage Style

This project is one stage of a multi-zone development. We carried out overall master planning and detailed planning 2D renderings, and conducted massing analysis for individual buildings. Based on residential design, the project incorporates a golf course, clubhouse, and natural lake scenery. Therefore, the residence itself is designed in response to the site’s undulating terrain, featuring single-story home with walk-out basement. The open space at the rear of the house and the spacious outdoor deck maximize the viewing perspectives.
