Why?

Due to the nature of OpenWorld, people are going to prioritize Helicopters over Ground Transport. And you really only use this vehicle during the Bunker raid. Where people are using Strikers, and/or VBMR VTT's. As they offer more protection to the players.

I've added Cargo configuration to Provide teammates with adequate space for Supplies.
