تحترم منصة وتطبيق Brixel – بريكسل خصوصية مستخدميها وتلتزم بحماية البيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها ومعالجتها أثناء استخدام التطبيق.
توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه أنواع البيانات التي قد يتم جمعها، والأغراض من استخدامها، وكيفية حمايتها ومشاركتها والاحتفاظ بها، بالإضافة إلى حقوق المستخدمين المتعلقة ببياناتهم الشخصية.
تتم معالجة البيانات الشخصية وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية، بما في ذلك قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.
1. البيانات التي يتم جمعها ومعالجتها
قد يقوم تطبيق Brixel بجمع ومعالجة البيانات التالية:
بيانات الأفراد والهوية
الاسم الرباعي.
الرقم القومي.
صورة بطاقة الرقم القومي.
بيانات أو صورة حيوية للوجه لأغراض التحقق من الهوية ومنع الاحتيال.
بيانات المنشآت والشركاء التجاريين
بالنسبة للموردين أو التجار، قد تشمل البيانات:
الاسم التجاري.
رقم السجل التجاري.
الرقم أو البطاقة الضريبية.
عنوان النشاط المسجل.
بيانات الممثل القانوني للشركة أو المنشأة.
بيانات الاتصال والموقع
قد تشمل:
رقم الهاتف.
عنوان البريد الإلكتروني.
الموقع أو النطاق الجغرافي للمشتري والمورد.
تُستخدم بيانات الموقع للمساعدة في تحسين عمليات المطابقة والترشيح بين المشترين والموردين وفقًا للسعر والموقع.
البيانات الفنية وسجلات العمليات
قد تشمل:
معرفات الجهاز.
عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP Address).
سجلات الطلبات والعمليات الرقمية.
تاريخ وتوقيت المعاملات والعمليات داخل المنصة.
2. أغراض استخدام ومعالجة البيانات
يتم استخدام البيانات التي يتم جمعها للأغراض التالية:
التحقق من هوية المستخدمين والتجار وأهليتهم.
المساعدة في منع الاحتيال وانتحال الهوية والجرائم الإلكترونية.
تشغيل خدمات المنصة وتوفير وظائف التطبيق.
تشغيل خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي المستخدمة في ترشيح أفضل الخيارات للمشتري وفقًا لمعايير مثل السعر والموقع.
إدارة سجلات العمليات والمعاملات.
الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية والضريبية المطبقة في جمهورية مصر العربية.
3. حماية وأمن البيانات
تتخذ Brixel إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية للمساعدة في حماية البيانات الشخصية من الوصول أو الاستخدام أو الإفصاح غير المصرح به.
وفقًا للبنية الأمنية المعتمدة للمنصة، تتم معالجة البيانات وتخزينها في بيئات سحابية مؤمنة باستخدام تقنيات تشفير تشمل:
AES-256 للبيانات أثناء التخزين.
TLS 1.3 للبيانات أثناء النقل.
كما يتم تطبيق مبدأ تقليل البيانات (Data Minimization)، مع عزل المستندات الرسمية والبيانات الحساسة وتقييد الوصول إليها على الأشخاص المصرح لهم وفي الحالات الضرورية لأغراض التحقق والأمان.
4. مشاركة البيانات مع الأطراف الثالثة
لا تقوم Brixel ببيع أو تأجير البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين إلى جهات خارجية لأغراض تسويقية.
قد تتم مشاركة بعض البيانات بالقدر الضروري لتقديم وتشغيل خدمات المنصة مع:
شركات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية
قد تتم مشاركة البيانات الضرورية لإتمام عمليات الشحن، مثل:
الاسم.
رقم الهاتف.
عنوان التسليم.
مزودي الخدمات التقنية والبنية السحابية
قد تتم مشاركة البيانات الضرورية لتشغيل المنصة مع مقدمي الخدمات التقنية، بما في ذلك:
مشغلو الخوادم والبنية السحابية.
مزودو خدمات الرسائل النصية.
خدمات التحقق الرقمي.
الشركاء التشغيليون اللازمون لتقديم خدمات المنصة.
عمليات الاستحواذ أو الاندماج والاستثمار
قد يتم نقل سجلات تشغيلية أو بيانات ذات صلة في إطار عمليات استحواذ أو اندماج أو استثمار أو بيع أصول المنصة.
الجهات القضائية والرقابية
قد يتم الإفصاح عن البيانات عند وجود التزام قانوني بذلك، بما في ذلك الاستجابة للقرارات أو الطلبات الرسمية الصادرة عن النيابة العامة أو المحاكم المختصة أو الجهات الأمنية أو الضريبية أو الرقابية المخولة قانونًا.
5. حقوق المستخدم
يحق للمستخدم مراجعة بياناته الشخصية أو تحديثها أو تصحيحها، وكذلك تقديم استفسارات متعلقة ببياناته من خلال قنوات الدعم المعتمدة.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تحتفظ Brixel بالبيانات الشخصية والسجلات الرقمية طوال فترة نشاط حساب المستخدم، بالإضافة إلى الفترات التي تتطلبها القوانين والتشريعات المصرية ذات الصلة للأغراض القانونية والقضائية والمحاسبية.
7. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع سياسة الخصوصية هذه وتُفسر وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية.
ويكون الاختصاص القضائي في النزاعات المتعلقة بهذه السياسة للمحاكم الاقتصادية المختصة في جمهورية مصر العربية.
