BRITMUN VII
Actions of Today, Consequences of Tomorrow
Actions of Today, Consequences of Tomorrow
It will be an exhilarating and thought provoking event, allowing the true diplomat in every participant to shine. The world is plagued with enormous amounts of pressing and grave issues and it is our duty as a conference to demonstrate how solutions can be formed and to broaden a participant’s knowledge on debating as a whole. The conference will be free of cost. We hope to see you on our screens soon!
- The BRITMUN Team
The unleashed power of the atom has changed everything except our thinking. Thus, we are drifting toward catastrophe beyond conception. We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive.” - Albert Einstein
In 1954, the first ever nuclear power plant started to generate energy for a power grid, and ever since then, the use of nuclear power has grown by a gargantuan amount. Nuclear power, feared by some, fascinating to others, is a fairly new resource for energy but alongside the incredible advantages the use of it may entail, it may yield dire consequences if misused.
The BRITMUN VII team welcomes you all this year to think outside the boundaries of nuclear power and create innovative and powerful resolutions that exhibit the potential every individual has inside themselves that allows them to excel. We hope you all are enraptured in and out of virtual council on the 9th and 10th of April and we can’t wait to see the brilliant resolutions that are going to be conceived.
