Welcome to The World Cup of British Bus Routes Page. We started as a Twitter Competition named "The World Cup of English Bus Routes" in May 2020 during the first lockdown of the Covid-19 Pandemic and have continued to run regular competitions (to keep people sane) ever since. Winners have included: Transdev, Nottingham City Transport, Ensign Bus and First Kernow. This site will provide updates to competition news, show reviews that any of the team (^WL, BO or EE) write about our travels this year in order to help you pick your winner of the Christmas 2021/22 competition. We had initially started this as a bit of fun to get through the lockdown but we did not expect to achieve the following and support that we have done in the past year - we thank you all!!! We now want to make sure that our contest is an annual event (with the odd non-linear one to fill the time as and when they come) and will be providing you with reviews of our adventures throughout the year to provide companies feedback and to help you, the supporters, decide what routes you would like to see in the 2021/2 2 Christmas Competition. We may not have the expertise of working in the business that the likes of Bus And Train User (Roger French) and it can also be suggested that we are literally just three idiots offering up opinions but hopefully what we do provide you is insightful and enjoyable to read! Ensure you keep yourself up to date across all of the socials and we once again thank you for your support!
