LEGAL AGREEMENT: TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY

This Legal Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between BRITANIA SUPPORT LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User" or "you"), regarding your access to and use of the Fluid Calculator BD mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or utilizing the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the App and delete it from your device.

PART I: PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION

1. STANCE ON PRIVACY & DATA MINIMIZATION
BRITANIA SUPPORT LIMITED operates under a strict data minimization philosophy. Fluid Calculator BD is architected to function entirely locally on the user’s device.
* Zero Personal Data Collection: We do not request, collect, capture, store, log, or transmit any Personal Identifiable Information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, device IDs, or IP addresses.
* Zero Analytics & Tracking: The App does not integrate any third-party tracking software, advertising identifiers, or behavioral analytics tools.
* Local Processing: All inputs, variables, and calculations performed within the App are processed in real-time in the device’s volatile memory or local storage. No data is transmitted to external servers or third-party networks.
2. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
The App may utilize native device operating system permissions required strictly for application stability, rendering, or local runtime execution. These permissions are executed solely to facilitate localized functionality and are never leveraged to harvest or export user information.
3. AGE SUITABILITY & COMPLIANCE
The App functions strictly as a utility calculator and contains no mature, harmful, or inappropriate content. Consequently, the App is rated as suitable for all age groups ("suitable for everyone"). Because the App collects absolutely zero data, it inherently complies with global child privacy framework standards, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) child safety provisions.

PART II: TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

4. LICENSE GRANT & INTENDED USE
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App for personal or internal professional purposes on compatible mobile devices.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The App, including its source code, compiled binaries, user interfaces, visual design, mathematical algorithms, logos, and documentation, represents the exclusive intellectual property of BRITANIA SUPPORT LIMITED. This property is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
6. COMPREHENSIVE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
* BRITANIA SUPPORT LIMITED SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
* NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: The calculations, outputs, and metrics generated by Fluid Calculator BD are intended solely for educational, informational, and general reference utility purposes. They do not constitute professional engineering, medical, or specialized technical advice. Users are solely responsible for cross-verifying and validating any safety-critical calculations through certified human experts or formal professional channels before execution.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRITANIA SUPPORT LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, CORRUPTION OF LOCAL STORAGE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BRITANIA SUPPORT LIMITED from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from your misuse of the App or your violation of any clause within this Agreement.

PART III: GENERAL PROVISIONS

9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which BRITANIA SUPPORT LIMITED is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Because we do not collect user contact information, it remains your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.
