Unfortunately the main set seen throughout the show ("Laramie Street" at Warner Bros. Studios Burbank) is long gone. BUT here are some sites that you can still visit today:
Bronson Caves in Griffith Park in Hollywood is a short hike and easily accessible. This site was seen multiple times in the show.
Railtown 1897 State Park and the Sierra Railroad in Jamestown, CA was featured prominently in the pilot and still allows visitors to ride behind 100-year old steam engines.
Warner Bros. Studios Burbank offers a Studio Tour including a look at the stages used for filming and other areas of the backlot that were used, including Hennesy Street, New York Street and the Jungle Set.
Lyons Canyon Ranch (former WB Ranch) in Santa Clarita has a large network of trails, allowing you to explore where many of the show's horse chase scenes were filmed.
