Overview

Brio Signal helps users create local profiles, add medication information, view scheduled dose times, and record dose actions such as taken, snoozed, or skipped. This policy explains how information is handled by the app.

Information We Collect

The app stores information that you enter inside the app, including profile names, profile colors, medication names, medication details, schedule information, dose log actions, dose times, notes, app settings, and related local records. This information is stored locally on your device using Hive storage.

The app may process Google Play Billing information needed to complete optional contribution purchases. Purchase handling is provided through Google Play Billing and the Flutter in-app purchase plugin.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Brio Signal does not include an account system, authentication, cloud sync, analytics SDK, ads SDK, crash reporting SDK, location access, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, or photos access. The inspected source code does not request notification permission.

How We Use Information

Locally stored information is used to show profiles, medication lists, today’s scheduled dose slots, dose history, settings, and app state. Optional contribution purchase data is used only to process voluntary Google Play In-App Purchases.

Data Sharing

The app does not include code that sends your locally stored medication, profile, or dose history records to a developer-operated server. Google Play may process purchase-related information when you use In-App Purchases. The privacy policy screen opens a Google Sites policy page in a WebView.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Play Billing for optional contribution purchases and a WebView to display the privacy policy URL. The app includes internet permission for WebView access and billing-related network behavior. Please review Google’s policies for information about how Google handles data through these services.

Data Storage and Security

Your profile, medication, schedule, and dose log data is stored locally on your device using Hive. The app does not claim custom encryption in the inspected source code. Device-level protections, operating system security, and your own device settings may affect access to local app data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local records remain on your device until you edit them, delete them, clear app data, uninstall the app, or use the in-app delete-all-data control where available. Because the inspected source code does not include an account system or cloud sync, there is no separate cloud account deletion process.

Children’s Privacy

Brio Signal is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has entered information into the app, they can delete the local app data from the device.

User Choices

You can choose what information to enter, edit local profiles and medication records, delete local data, avoid optional contribution purchases, and choose whether to open the privacy policy WebView.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the app changes. Updates should be reflected on the policy page and in future app listing materials.
