This Privacy Policy describes how the Project Management System ("PMS", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using the application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information We collect your name, email address, phone number, and role within your organization when your account is created by an administrator.
Work Data We collect data you enter during normal use, including daily reports, site assignments, manpower records, work progress, and uploaded photos.
Device Information We may collect basic device information such as device type and operating system version to ensure the application functions correctly.
Photos When you upload before and after images for site assignments, those images are stored on our servers and associated with the relevant report.
We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:
To operate and provide the project management features of the application
To display your work records, reports, and assignments to authorized team members
To send notifications related to report approvals, checks, and updates
To allow administrators to manage site members and roles
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to project management.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited cases:
Within your organization — your name and work records are visible to authorized team members and administrators in your organization
Service providers — we use trusted infrastructure providers to host and operate the application; they process data only on our behalf
Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Uploaded photos are stored in secure cloud storage and accessible only to authorized users within your organization.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications related to daily report status updates such as approvals and checks. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
We retain your account and work data for as long as your organization's account is active. When an account is deactivated or deleted by an administrator, associated personal data is removed in accordance with our data retention schedule.
You have the right to:
Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account by contacting your organization's administrator
This application is intended for use by construction and project management professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
