Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explicitly explains how the AI Bridal Makeup Planner mobile application ("the App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data. This policy is written in strict compliance with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) (Data Collection and Storage) and 5.1.2(i) (Data Use and Sharing).
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
The App is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, or physical address.
The only data the App collects is:
- Text Prompts (User Input): The custom text descriptions you actively type into the App to generate bridal makeup and wedding visual concepts.
- Usage Data (Crash Logs): Anonymous, non-identifying technical data (such as app crash reports) to help us improve app stability, provided you have opted-in via your device settings.
2. HOW WE COLLECT DATA
- Text Prompts: We collect this data directly from you, strictly at the moment you type a description into the input field and intentionally press the "Generate" button.
- Usage Data: Collected automatically in the background through standard secure crash reporting tools provided by your device's operating system.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA (ALL USES)
- Text Prompts: Your text prompts are used exclusively and solely to fulfill your request to generate the AI visual mockup. We do not use your prompts for marketing, advertising, user profiling, or any other hidden purposes.
- Usage Data: Used exclusively for identifying technical bugs and improving the overall stability of the App.
4. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH & EQUAL PROTECTION GUARANTEE (IMPORTANT)
To generate high-quality AI images, your text prompts must be processed by external artificial intelligence providers. The App does not perform image generation locally on your device.
We only transmit your "Text Prompts" to the following explicitly identified third-party partners:
A. OpenAI, LLC:
- Purpose: Your text prompt is sent to OpenAI's API strictly to enhance, structure, and optimize the text description for better visual results.
- Data Sent: Only the text prompt.
B. Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs:
- Purpose: The enhanced text prompt is sent to Replicate's API to render and generate the final makeup image.
- Data Sent: Only the enhanced text prompt.
Confirmation of Equal Protection: We guarantee and confirm that the third-party services we share your data with (OpenAI, LLC and Replicate, Inc.) provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy. These third parties act solely as data processors to fulfill the API request. They are strictly prohibited from using your prompts to identify you personally, and standard API policies ensure your data is not retained to train their public models and is purged within short, strict timeframes.
5. OBTAINING YOUR PERMISSION BEFORE SENDING DATA
We prioritize your consent. The App will NEVER transmit your text prompts to OpenAI or Replicate without first presenting a clear disclosure and obtaining your explicit permission.
- Before your first generation, an in-app "AI Data Notice" modal will appear.
- This modal discloses exactly what data is sent (Text Prompts) and to whom (OpenAI and Replicate).
- You must explicitly tap "I Agree & Continue" to grant permission. If you decline, your data will not be sent anywhere, and the generation feature will simply not function.
6. DATA STORAGE AND DELETION
- Local Storage: Generated images and your design history are saved locally on your device only. We do not store your generated images on our remote servers.
- Deletion: Because all generated data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can permanently delete all your data at any time by deleting the App from your device or clearing the generated gallery inside the App.
7. PHOTOS LIBRARY ACCESS
If you choose to save a generated design to your phone, the App will request "Add Only" or "Write" permission to your Photos library.
- The App only saves the specific image you actively selected.
- The App does not read, scan, upload, analyze, or modify any of your existing personal photos.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated via an update to the App.
