Privacy Policy for BrickToe

This Privacy Policy explains how BrickToe ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile game. BrickToe is published on Google Play by Eleventa.
BrickToe is an offline puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to play the game.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
Your game progress, levels, best scores and saved boards are stored only on your own device. We do not send them to any server and we cannot see them. Uninstalling the App deletes them.
2. Age Question
BrickToe is made for players of all ages, including children. The first time the App opens, it asks for the year you were born. Your answer is stored only on your device. It is used only to decide which kind of advertisements the App may show and whether the advertising measurement described in section 5 is switched on. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
3. Advertising
BrickToe displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Players under 13:
- Every ad request is marked as directed to children.
- Advertisements are not personalised.
- Advertisements are limited to content suitable for all ages and are served under Google's policies for apps used by children.
Players 13 and over:
AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect or receive certain information from your device when advertisements are displayed or interacted with. This may include:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device and app information
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Information about advertising interactions
- Diagnostic and performance information
This information may be used to provide, measure, personalise and improve advertisements, subject to the providers' own privacy policies and applicable laws.
4. Google AdMob

5. Meta (Facebook) – Measuring Our Own Advertising
For players aged 13 and over only, BrickToe uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK to understand whether our own advertisements on Facebook and Instagram lead people to install and open the App. It is never switched on for players under 13, and BrickToe does not display Meta advertisements inside the App.
When it is switched on, the Meta SDK may collect your device's advertising identifier and basic app events, such as the App being installed or opened, a game being finished, a level being reached, or a rewarded ad being watched. 6. Children's Privacy
BrickToe can be played by children. For players who indicate they are under 13:
- We do not collect personal information.
- There are no accounts.
- The Meta SDK is not used.
- Advertisements are child-directed, non-personalised and limited to content suitable for all ages, as described in section 3.
Game progress stays on the device. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, or believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
7. Your Choices
- You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads on some phones).
- You can delete all game data stored by the App, including your age answer, by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your phone's app settings.
8. Data Security
We do not operate a personal user account system for BrickToe. Information collected by third-party advertising providers is handled under their own security and privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for more information.
9. Third-Party Services
BrickToe uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Meta (Facebook) SDK (measuring our own advertising, for players aged 13 and over only)
Their privacy practices are governed by their respective policies.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
