Brian K. Baik

I am an Assistant Professor at Harvard Business School's Accounting & Management unit. I am interested in studying accounting topics in the context of private equity, venture capital, and entrepreneurship settings.

Prior to joining academia, I was an Associate Director at Houghton Street Partners, which was a Singaporean private equity fund (Korea office).

I completed my PhD from MIT Sloan (Accounting) in 2022. I have a Master's degree in finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business.
