WHO IS BRIANATHEGEMINI?
Briana began her DJ career in December 2022, encouraged by the community that surrounded her. She launched herself under the name Brianathegemini, a direct reference to her zodiac sign, which profoundly influences her way of living and creating.
Her iconic debut as an independent artist took place at Ministerium Club through the Riktus party, a moment that marked the beginning of her recognition in Lisbon’s underground scene. From there, she established herself as a fierce presence in the queer and underground circuits, weaving sound with identity and intensity.
In the following months, guided by her devotion to music & community, Briana founded her own label, Ninfekta. With it, she carved a place in Lisbon’s queer scene, determined to merge the euphoric melodies of hyperpop with the raw, visceral energy of hardcore and afrodiasporic rhythms. Her sets are more than just music: they are a ritual of collision between body, identity, and rhythm, creating emotional, physical, and spiritual experiences on the dancefloor.
Since then, Brianathegemini has expanded internationally, performing in Amsterdam at Radion with the TLS collective and Garage Noord for Los Angles, one of the largest trans-inclusive lineups ever hosted in Europe. Now based in Barcelona, she continues to grow her presence in the queer and underground scene, having already played at venues such as Razzmatazz, Sala Apolo and Meteoro.

Ninfekta is more than a label, it is a manifesto of inclusivity and resistance. Founded by Brianathegemini, it is dedicated to amplifying emerging queer voices while providing a safe, prejudice-free space where freedom of expression and sonic experimentation thrive.
The label has already hosted three solo events in Lisbon, one collaborative showcase with Porto’s ARCANA collective, two solo events in Barcelona and a collab with Apologia in Sala Apolo. Each event embodies the label’s mission: to create spaces where the queer community can dance without restraint, celebrate diversity, and immerse themselves in the power of transformative sound.
Ninfekta’s vision is to continue breaking boundaries between genres and identities, always pushing the underground forward with energy, vulnerability, and unapologetic intensity.

MIXES & MIXES
Briana has released nin e diverse mixes that showcase her artistic evolution. She recently released 2 mix tapes for Naca Worldwide (México) and Plasma Radio. Her work transcends genres spanning baile funk, guaracha, reggaeton, techno, tribal, hyperpop, dubstep, hardcore, and drum’n’bass always rooted in queer soundscapes and emotional storytelling. She is currently preparing her debut EP, set to be released by the end of 2026.
