1、 Agreement Statement

Welcome to BrewingRecord (hereinafter referred to as "this product"). This agreement is signed by the developer (hereinafter referred to as "us") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you"), and applies to all brewing records, recipe management, fermentation tracking and other services provided by this product. ​

We strictly follow laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Methods for Determining Illegal and Irregular Collection and Use of Personal Information by Apps. We adhere to the principles of "legality, legitimacy, necessity, and integrity" to protect your personal information and privacy security. ​

Please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this agreement before registering, logging in, or using this product. By clicking 'Agree', completing registration, or starting to use this product service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, please do not use this product. ​

2、 Scope and purpose of information collection

We only collect information necessary to implement the core functions of the product and do not collect personal information unrelated to the service, as follows:

（1） The information you voluntarily provided

Account information:

The phone number, email address, username, password, or third-party platform (WeChat/Apple ID) authorized avatar, nickname, and other information provided during registration/login are used for identity verification, account security management, and service push; ​

Optional comprehensive personal information (such as brewing preferences, specialty categories) is available for personalized recommendation of brewing plans, and refusal to provide it does not affect the use of basic functions. ​

Brewing related record information:

Formula data: The raw material list (malt, hops, yeast, etc.), ratio, brewing parameters, etc. created by you are used for formula storage, editing, and sharing; ​

Batch records: fermentation temperature, specific gravity readings (OG/Brix), fermentation duration, tasting notes, process photos/videos, etc., used for batch tracking, fermentation progress analysis, and data synchronization; ​

Equipment information: The brewing equipment model, parameter settings, etc. that you actively input are used to match formula compatibility suggestions. ​

Feedback and interactive information:

The inquiries, functional suggestions, complaint content, and contact information you submit through customer service channels and feedback forms are used to handle your demands and optimize product services; ​

The content (text, images, videos) posted during community sharing and formula exchange will be made public according to your settings. ​

（2） Automatically collected information

Basic equipment information:

Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (OAID/IDA/Android ID), screen resolution, network type, etc., used to ensure product compatibility, secure operation, and troubleshooting; ​

This type of information is only used for technical adaptation and will not be associated with your personal identity information. ​

Usage behavior information:

Function usage records (such as recipe creation, batch editing, data export), operation time, dwell time, crash logs, etc., used for data analysis, function optimization, and improving product stability; ​

Network information (IP address, operator information) is used for security risk control, preventing malicious operations, and locating service abnormal areas. ​

Authorization to obtain permission information:

Storage permission: With your consent, access the device album and file storage for uploading process photos, exporting recipe/batch data, and importing external brewing records; ​

Camera/microphone permission: activated with your consent, used for taking photos/videos of the brewing process, recording tasting notes and voice. Refusing authorization does not affect basic functions such as text recording; ​

Location permission (optional): With your consent, obtain an approximate location for recommending local brewing resources and climate adaptation formulas. You can turn it off at any time in the system settings. ​

Note: Third party SDKs will only collect information when you agree to this agreement and trigger corresponding functions. You can turn off non essential SDK services (such as push notifications) in the product settings. ​

3、 Information Storage and Protection

Storage period:

Your account information and brewing record data will be continuously stored during the account's existence; ​

After you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 15 working days, except for those required by laws and regulations to be retained (such as for compliance audits); ​

The anonymized data is no longer associated with your identity and can be used for product statistical analysis. ​

Storage Security:

Adopting HTTPS encrypted transmission, AES-256 encrypted storage, access control, security auditing and other technical measures to prevent information leakage, tampering and loss; ​

Establish a data security management system, restrict internal personnel access permissions, only authorize personnel to process your information, and comply with confidentiality obligations. ​

Storage area:

Your personal information is stored on compliance servers within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not be transmitted outside the country without your explicit consent; ​

If it is necessary to transmit overseas due to business expansion, we will inform you in advance of the transmission purpose, recipient, and security measures, and obtain your explicit consent. ​

4、 Rules for Information Use and Sharing

Usage restrictions:

Use your information only for the purposes specified in this agreement and not beyond the scope of use; ​

If you need to use the information for new or related functions, we will inform you in advance through pop ups, announcements, etc., and obtain your consent before using it. ​

Sharing and Disclosure Rules:

Do not sell, rent, or lend your personal information to any third party unless you have given your explicit consent; ​

When providing necessary information to authorized partners, they will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, limit the scope of information use, and only provide the minimum information required to implement the function; ​

Disclosure in accordance with the law:

Mandatory requirements from laws, regulations, judicial or administrative authorities; ​

To protect you, other users, or the public interest from harm; ​

To respond to emergency situations such as sudden public health emergencies and major public safety incidents; ​

If you violate laws, regulations or the provisions of this agreement, you need to disclose to a third party to protect your legitimate rights and interests. ​

5、 Your rights and exercise methods

Access and correction rights:

You can view and edit your personal account information in the "My Personal Settings" section of the product; ​

View and modify your brewing related data in the "Recipe Management" and "Batch Records" sections. ​

Delete Right:

You can delete individual formulas, batch records, and uploaded media files by yourself; ​

If you find that we have illegally collected information, you can contact customer service to apply for the deletion of relevant data. ​

Permission revocation right:

Camera, storage, location, and other permissions can be revoked in the device system settings; ​

You can turn off the push service in the "Settings Notification Management" section of the product, and withdrawing it will not affect the use of basic functions. ​

Account cancellation right:

You can submit a cancellation application in the "My Account Security Cancel Account" section of the product, and complete identity verification before submission; ​

After cancellation, all your data will be deleted according to the provisions of this agreement, and the account related services will be terminated immediately and cannot be restored. ​

Complaint and Consultation Rights:

If you have any questions, complaints or need to exercise the above rights regarding privacy protection, you can contact us through the contact information provided in Article 9 of this agreement, and we will reply with the handling results within 15 working days. ​

6、 Protection of Minors

This product does not provide services to minors under the age of 14. If you are a minor (14-18 years old), you must obtain the consent of your guardian before using this product and have your guardian assist in managing your personal information; ​

If the guardian discovers that a minor has used this product without authorization and submitted personal information, they can contact us to delete the relevant information. We will verify and handle it promptly. ​

7、 Protocol updates and notifications

This agreement may be revised due to updates in laws and regulations, adjustments to product features, and any revisions will be notified to you through clear means such as pop ups and announcements within the product; ​

The revised agreement shall come into effect from the date of notification, and your continued use of this product shall be deemed to agree to the updated agreement; If you do not agree, you may stop using and cancel your account. ​

8、 Disclaimer clause

We are not responsible for any information leakage caused by your own reasons, such as password leakage or actively sharing account information; ​

We are not responsible for any information loss caused by unforeseeable and uncontrollable factors such as force majeure, third-party service failures, hacker attacks, etc., for which we have taken reasonable protective measures; ​

The information risks caused by your use of third-party links or services (such as external websites redirected through this product) are your own responsibility, and we are not responsible for the actions of such third parties; ​

We are not liable for compensation for the loss of your non personal information data (such as recipe inspiration, non backed up records) unless it is intentional or due to our gross negligence. ​

10、 Other

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute, both parties shall resolve it through consultation; If the negotiation fails, submit it to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the product operation entity for litigation resolution; ​

If some of the terms of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms; ​

The final interpretation of this agreement belongs to the developer of this product.
