A phonemic script for English, inspired by Shavian and Quickscript
Brevian is mostly intended for fun, but it *is* a phonemic, futuristic and faithful representation of the sounds of English. You can download the font along with the PDF to get quickly acquainted, and then enable an international keyboard on your computer (International English with Right-Alt for special characters works nicely), and get started with typing.
LibreOffice seems to work well with the .ttf font file, let us know if others work as well.
To the right are download links for:
The Brevian .ttf font file, which you can install on your computer

(New!) Brevian Digital .tff font file -- imagine Brevian, but on a digital clock face. Totally just for fun. Some adaptations had to be made, but it is surprisingly true to the Brevian glyphs.
BETA: An experimental version of Brevian with the nickname Anglovian is also available. This script features ligatures for the specific long vowels in English rather than generalized long vowel diacritics. To the right you can find:
The Anglovian .ttf, .otf, Mac.ttf and Mac.otf font files, which you can install on your computer
