The conference in honor of Jörg Brendle, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, will be held entirely in person from September 2nd to 5th, 2025, at Kobe University.
This conference will be held as an ASL-sponsored meeting, and will be succeeded in the following week by the 18th Asian Logic Conference in Kyoto, Japan.
Be aware of scam emails offering travel assistance and bookings, see e.g. https://www.mpim-bonn.mpg.de/de/node/13617
As an ASL-sponsored meeting, students can apply to the Student Travel Awards from the ASL (Association of Symbolic Logic) as long as they follow the (strict!) requirements below.
A student must be an ASL member.
Applications must be received at least three months prior to the start of the meeting (in this case, June 1st, 2025)
Details and instructions are provided in the following link: https://aslonline.org/student-travel-awards/
The same travel support for the Asian Logic Conference applies, so students planning to attend both conferences can apply for support.
