This Privacy Policy explains how Fanoslab (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use BreatheFlow (“the App”).
BreatheFlow is a breathwork and breathing timer app designed for general wellness, relaxation, focus, sleep routines, and stress relief. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using BreatheFlow, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
BreatheFlow is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.
The App does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, address, or other personal profile information inside the App.
BreatheFlow may store certain app preferences locally on your device, such as breathing timer settings, selected breathing patterns, session preferences, reminder settings, or other in-app configuration choices.
This information is used only to make the App work properly and improve your experience. In the basic version of the App, this information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
BreatheFlow does not require access to heart rate, blood oxygen, body sensors, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or other sensitive personal data.
The App does not collect medical records or health diagnosis information.
We may use app-related information to:
Provide breathing exercises and breathwork timer features
Save your app preferences
Improve app stability and user experience
Maintain and develop the App
Respond to support requests if you contact us directly
We do not sell your personal information.
BreatheFlow may use services provided by Google Play or other platform services necessary for app distribution, security, updates, purchases, or crash diagnostics.
If third-party SDKs are added in the future, such as analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or subscription tools, they may process limited device or usage information according to their own privacy policies. We will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety section if our data practices change.
The current privacy version assumes that BreatheFlow does not show third-party ads.
If ads are added in the future, we may use advertising partners that process advertising identifiers or related device information to show, limit, or measure ads. If this happens, we will update this Privacy Policy and disclose the use of ads in the Google Play store listing.
If BreatheFlow offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payments may be processed by Google Play.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Payment processing is handled by Google Play according to Google’s own policies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share limited information only in the following situations:
With service providers that help us operate, maintain, or improve the App
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or the public
In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Local app settings and preferences may remain on your device until you delete them, reset the App, or uninstall the App.
If you contact us by email, we may retain your message and contact information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain support records.
We do not retain personal account data because BreatheFlow does not require account registration.
You can delete local app data by clearing the App’s storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App.

BreatheFlow is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
BreatheFlow may be available to users in different countries or regions. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
