Welcome to AI Breakfast Menu Maker Design ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data when artificial intelligence is used inside the app.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we collect it, how it is used, and how it is shared when you use our mobile application (the "App"), in strict compliance with App Store Guidelines regarding data collection and data use (including Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2).
We believe in data minimization. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
The only data we collect and process is:
Text Prompts (User Input): The text descriptions you type directly into the App to describe the breakfast menu design, food card layout, or cafe menu concept you want to generate. This data is collected actively only when you press the "Generate" button.
Anonymous Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, non-identifying crash logs to help us find bugs and improve app stability.
Transaction Data: If you purchase a subscription or credits, the transaction is processed securely by Apple. We only receive an anonymous digital receipt to validate your purchase. We do not collect or see your payment information.
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
To Provide the Service: Your text prompts are used exclusively to instruct our AI models to generate the breakfast menu design images you requested.
To Improve the App: Anonymous crash logs help us maintain app performance.
We do not use your text prompts for marketing, advertising, profiling, or selling to data brokers.
To generate high-quality breakfast menu designs and custom food card concepts from your text, the App must share your text prompts with specialized third-party artificial intelligence service providers.
We clearly identify that your data is sent to the following entities:
OpenAI, L.L.C.: We send your raw text prompt to OpenAI via their secure API. OpenAI processes your text to enhance and optimize it into a detailed prompt suitable for professional image generation.
Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs): We send the optimized text prompt to Replicate via their secure API to access the FLUX image generation models, which render the final image.
We have carefully vetted our third-party AI partners. We confirm that the third-party services the App shares data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and required by App Store Guidelines.
Data sent via their enterprise APIs is strictly used to fulfill your immediate request (returning the generated image to you).
Your text prompts are NOT used to train their public AI models.
They do not retain or sell your prompts for advertising purposes.
We do not send your text prompts to these third-party AI services without your explicit consent.
When you first attempt to generate an image in the App, you will be shown a clear in-app "AI Data Notice" modal.
This modal clearly discloses what data is being collected and specifies that it will be sent to OpenAI and Replicate.
Your text prompt is transmitted only after you explicitly obtain your permission by tapping the "I Agree & Continue" button.
Local Storage: The images generated for you, your generation history, and your remaining credit balance are stored locally on your device. We do not store your generated images on our servers.
Photo Library Access: The App asks for permission to access your device's Photo Library only if you choose to manually save a generated breakfast menu design to your device. We do not read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photos.
Security: We use industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) when transmitting your prompts to third-party AI API providers.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
