About the project
This is the Nordplus Junior project BRAWE - Be Ready At the Work Environment. (Project number NPJR-2023/10190), implemented by vocational schools from three Baltic states - Lithuania - Aukštaitija Vocational Training Centre, Latvia - Jelgava Technical School, and Estonia - Kuressaare Regional Training Centre.
Main project results
The main goal of the project is to develop students' self-confidence in the future labor market.
While working, the project team increased self-confidence this issue together with students and business representatives created an attractive set of materials to prepare for the first steps in the labor market.
Additional goals are to provide students with international experience, international to establish contacts with new friends from abroad and develop foreign language skills (English and in the national languages of the partners).
So during the project:
Students gained confidence in their competence and courage in the work search process.
Significantly improved language skills. Computer literacy knowledge also improved.
Students found new friends from foreign partner schools.
Schools have new partners and friends for future cooperation.
