These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bravo Security (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and all related applications, websites, and services (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By using Bravo Security, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or our official website. Continued use of the Service after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Certain features of Bravo Security are available through auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments may be processed through your mobile platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) or authorized third parties.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings on the relevant app store.
For information about refunds or cancellations, please refer to the policies of the respective platform.
Trial Periods
We may occasionally offer free trials for a limited duration. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends through your account settings.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bravo Security and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If account creation is supported, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security issues.
By using the Service, you may submit text, images, or other content (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
All intellectual property rights in Bravo Security, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned or licensed by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service unless explicitly permitted.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and lawful purposes only.
You agree not to engage in or attempt to:
Access or use non-public areas of the Service or our systems
Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Introduce malware, spam, or harmful code
Violate the rights or privacy of others
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend user access if these Terms are violated or as required by law.
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact us at finance@apowerbelt.com with the details of your claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and assist in retrieving your data if applicable.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including data loss or service interruption.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid for the Service, or
Twenty U.S. dollars (USD $20).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bravo Security, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bravo Security.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
We may provide notices by email or by posting updates within the App.
