1. INTRODUCTION
AI Brand Identity Studio Pro ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy outlines what data our application collects, how we collect it, how we use it, and exactly who we share it with—particularly regarding our third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers.
2. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES & DATA SHARING (IMPORTANT)
To provide our core functionality of generating logos and brand identities, our app transmits specific user data to third-party AI service providers. In compliance with data protection standards, we disclose the following:
a) What Data We Collect & Send:
We collect and transmit only the textual descriptions (prompts) you type into the app and the visual style/category buttons you select. We do NOT collect, access, or transmit your name, personal identity, contacts, or existing photo library.
b) How We Collect That Data:
The data is collected directly from you when you manually type a description into the prompt box and select a design style, followed by tapping the "Generate" button.
c) Who The Data Is Sent To:
The text prompts and style selections are securely transmitted to the following specific third-party AI services:
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (Used for text and prompt enhancement)
- Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs (Used for the actual image and logo generation)
d) All Uses of That Data:
The data sent to OpenAI and Replicate is used strictly and exclusively for the purpose of generating the brand identity image or logo you requested in real-time. It is not used for any other purpose, such as marketing or profiling.
e) Third-Party Data Protection & Equal Protection:
We confirm that the third-party AI services we use (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of your personal data as stated in this Privacy Policy. Through their enterprise API agreements, both OpenAI and Replicate guarantee that your data (prompts and generated images) are NOT used to train their public AI models, and the data is processed securely and discarded after generation.
f) User Permission Before Sending Data:
Before any data is transmitted to these third-party AI services, the app presents a clear, mandatory "AI Data Notice" consent screen. The app obtains your explicit, affirmative permission before sending any of your text prompts or data to OpenAI or Replicate.
3. LOCAL DEVICE STORAGE & PHOTO ACCESS
When you choose to save a generated logo or brand design, the app requests permission to access your device's "Photos".
- How it is used: This permission is used exclusively in "write-only" mode to save the newly generated image to your camera roll.
- What is NOT collected: We do not read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing personal photos or albums.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FINANCIAL DATA
We use RevenueCat to securely manage your in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes an anonymous user ID to verify your subscription status. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information, billing address, or personal financial details. All payment processing is securely handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Because we use anonymous authentication to verify your subscription and generate images, your generated prompts are processed transiently and are not permanently stored on our servers. You can delete the app at any time to remove all local data, including locally stored generation history, from your device.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
