食農品牌創新與永續研究室
FOOD & AGRO BRAND INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABILITY RESEARCH ROOM
本研究室聚焦在食農產業的品牌創新與永續管理。
品牌管理是企業差異化的重要關鍵,而創新策略更是在動態競爭環境下須要與時俱進的能力。本研究室希望能透過與業界(社區)的產學合作,培養同學實務上可獨立作業,甚至獨當一面的品牌創業經理人,或可以從事品牌教學以及發表品牌相關的學術論文。
具體而言,本研究室希望培養下列人才: 1.品牌創業; 2.品牌調查; 3.品牌傳播; 5.品牌國際行銷; 6.品牌教學; 7.品牌學術研究。
食農產業是非常本土化的,好的食農品牌應具有本土的文化特色。因此,本研究室希望進一步發掘具有地方特色的食農品牌,讓具地方特色的品牌能繼續傳承下去,更進一步能行銷國際,發揚台灣地方特有食農品牌。
因此本研究室會透過個案的研討、產學的合作實作,學術研討會期刊的發表,發展一個與業界互動密切、同學實務學習,業界輔導的品牌行銷訓練、諮詢與學術研究發表平台。
The FOOD & AGRO BRAND INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABILITY RESEARCH ROOM focuses on brand innovation and sustainability, particularly in the food and agriculture industries.
Brand management is important in differentiating a company, as well as innovation capability as the economy advances. I hope to develop students' independent abilities to implement marketing activities, become a brand manager, or a brand educator and researcher.
Specifically, I develop these talents: 1.brand entrepreneur; 2. brand manager; 3.brand market researcher; 4.brand communication talent; 5.brand international marketer; 5.brand educator; 6.brand academic researcher.
Food & agro industries are rooted locally; thus, a good food-agro firm should have distinguished local culture. Hence, I hope to explore good local brands based in Southern Taiwan, and helps them to develop a good local brand for a further inheritance.
To achieve these goals, we use case studies, interns with firms or communities, publications in the academic journals and conferences, to develop a platform that closely interacts with firms and communities via. students' practical learning, industrial consultation & training and academic publications.
