I am an associate professor at IQ Health, Radboud University Medical Center and leader of a research group on Affordability and Accessibility of Care. My research focuses on the modeling of health and health care costs over the lifecycle, the fiscal sustainability of health care spending, long-term care, prevention, and socioeconomic inequalities in health and health care use. I am the chair of the Dutch-Flemish Health Economics Association (VGE).

Ik ben universitair hoofddocent bij IQ Health, Radboudumc en leid een onderzoeksgroep op het gebvied van betaalbare en toegankelijke zorg. Mijn onderzoek richt zich op de relatie tussen gezondheid en zorgkosten, de houdbaarheid van de zorguitgaven, ouderenzorg, preventie en sociaaleconomische ongelijkheid in gezondheid en zorggebruik. Ik ben de voorzitter van de Vereniging voor Gezondheidseconomie (VGE).
