Privacy Policy for Brain Trainer
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Who is responsible
Brain Trainer is provided by Diego Testa, Spain.
Privacy and support contact: diegotetesta@gmail.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The app does not require an account. Game progress, statistics, language, sound/vibration settings, virtual balances, purchase-delivery records and reward dates are stored locally. A neutral age-range screen stores only whether you declare that you are at least 18; no birth date or exact age is stored. There is no developer-operated game or purchase-validation server. Operating-system backup settings may affect local app data.
3. Advertising and consent
The app uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). The Google Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device/advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Advertising data is therefore not described as "no data collected".
The app is intended for players aged 13 and older. Advertising is enabled only for users who declare that they are at least 18. For younger users, undisclosed ages and users who have not answered, the app does not request ads or initialize its advertising/consent flow. Free game modes and daily rewards remain available without advertising.
For declared adults, advertising requests are made only when UMP confirms they are permitted. Where required, a privacy-choices button is available in Settings > Privacy Policy to review or withdraw advertising consent. The game's normal features do not require accepting personalized ads. Optional rewarded videos provide the virtual reward disclosed before viewing; you can decline them.
Consent is used where required for advertising data processing. Google and selected advertising partners explain their own processing purposes and legal bases in the consent interface and their privacy notices.
Android advertising identifiers can also be reset or deleted in the device's privacy settings. Purchasing Remove Ads or the Starter Pack stops advertising in this app once the store entitlement is delivered or restored.
4. Purchases
On Android, payments are handled by Google Play Billing. The app receives product IDs, purchase status and transaction/verification identifiers to deliver items and prevent repeated delivery locally. The developer does not receive your payment-card details through the app. One-time non-consumable purchases can be restored using the same store account. Consumed virtual currency and game progress are not guaranteed to survive deleting app data or changing devices. Virtual rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Purchase processing is necessary to provide the items you request. Google's payment, transaction-retention and refund practices apply separately.
5. Other network access
An internet connection is used for ads, consent, store purchases, update checks and external links. The app uses Google Fonts, which may download font files when they are not available locally. It does not request precise GPS location, contacts, microphone or camera access. Sharing a result uses the device's share sheet; the destination you choose handles that message under its own terms.
6. Storage, retention and international processing
Local game data remains until it is cleared, removed or replaced through the operating system. Google's services may process data outside your country under their published privacy and transfer safeguards. Their data retention is governed by their policies; it is not controlled by this app's local storage. Network traffic handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK uses TLS.
If you email support, your message and contact details are used to answer and resolve your request and retained only as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
You may contact Diego Testa at the email above to request information, access, correction or deletion of personal data the developer holds about you. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or request portability. The developer cannot remotely read or erase your local game save; clearing app data in device settings removes it and may erase progress and balances.
For data held directly by Google, use Google's privacy controls and contact procedures. You can complain to your competent data-protection authority, including the AEPD in Spain or the AAIP in Argentina. Parents or guardians may contact support with privacy questions relating to a child.
