Privacy Policy for Brain Carnival
Privacy Policy for Brain Carnival
Effective Date: October 28, 2025
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Brain Carnival (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) developed by Petro Mashovets (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided as a Free Service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
The purpose of this document is to clearly explain how the Application handles information, what kind of data it collects (if any), and how user privacy is protected.
The Service Provider values transparency and user trust and adheres to the privacy requirements set forth by Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
By downloading and using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
For clarity within this document:
“Personal Data” means information that can be used to identify an individual, such as a name, email address, or contact number.
“Non-personal Data” means information that cannot be used to identify an individual, such as general gameplay metrics stored only on the device.
“Device Data” means information generated within the user’s device that remains local and is never transmitted externally.
“Processing” means any operation performed on data, such as collecting, storing, or deleting it.
The Brain Carnival Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive information.
You can use all features of the Application without registration, login, or submission of personal data.
Examples of information not collected or processed include:
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identifiers
Contacts, photos, or files stored on the device
Usage analytics or behavior tracking
Advertising IDs or device identifiers
All gameplay data — such as your score, lives, and local leaderboard entries — exists solely on your device. The Service Provider cannot view or access this information.
All player progress and settings are stored locally within the Application’s internal storage.
The Application does not upload, share, or send this data outside the device.
The user retains complete control over any content created within the Application (e.g., score names or avatars).
The Application does not collect, use, or store location data of any kind.
It does not access your GPS, cell tower, or motion data.
Since no information is collected, no data is shared with third parties, advertisers, or external services.
There are no integrations with analytics SDKs, ad networks, or social platforms.
All operations occur exclusively on the user’s device.
Because the Application collects no information, there is no personal data to retain or delete.
All locally stored data can be removed by simply uninstalling the Application from your device.
Uninstalling will permanently erase all scores, records, and preferences stored on your device.
The Service Provider is committed to maintaining a secure experience for all users.
All gameplay information remains within the protected storage area of your device’s operating system.
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of unauthorized access or exposure from external parties.
You may discontinue using the Application at any time.
If you wish to remove all local data, uninstalling the Application will immediately delete all stored information.
No further action is required.
Protecting the privacy of children is of the highest priority.
The Application is designed for a general audience and can be enjoyed by users of different ages; however, the Service Provider does not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under the age of 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age required in your country.
Parents and legal guardians are strongly encouraged to supervise their children’s device use and to instruct them never to share personal, contact, or identifying information in any application.
Because Brain Carnival does not request such data, there is no method for a child to submit personal information.
Nevertheless, parental oversight helps promote responsible digital habits.
This section complies with international child-privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the U.S. and similar regulations in other regions.
If you are under 13 years of age, you may use the Application only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
If you reside in a jurisdiction where the age of digital consent is higher (for example, 16 in the European Union), parental consent is required.
Since this Application does not collect or process any data, such consent serves only as a formality.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information within the Application, please contact the Service Provider immediately at petromashovets@gmail.com.
Upon verification, the Service Provider will take prompt action to delete any such data and prevent further occurrence.
Although the Application collects no personal information, users generally retain the following rights under applicable privacy laws:
The right to understand what data (if any) is collected
The right to request correction or deletion of personal data (not applicable here)
The right to withdraw consent by uninstalling the Application
Using the Application constitutes your consent to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically for clarity, regulatory compliance, or functional improvements.
When updated, a new Effective Date will appear at the top of this page.
You are encouraged to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By using the Brain Carnival Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
You consent to the handling of information (if any) strictly as described in this document.
If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding this Privacy Policy or your experience with the Application, please contact:
