Brad Ulrich
Brad Ulrich is a Musician, Tech Entrepreneur & Outdoorsman adventuring and creating art in the Great Smoky Mountains! Ulrich’s passion for music has been applied to various audio engineering technology startups and entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career. Now focused on his own outdoor adventures, the Tech Entrepreneur is creating his own music while pursuing interests in hiking, mountaineering, yoga and other adventurous pursuits.
Although not originally from the area, Brad Ulrich calls the Great Smoky Mountains ‘home.’ He first began traversing the gorgeous mountain range along the state borders of TN and NC 15 years ago. An avid outdoor enthusiast and hiker, the Appalachian Trail has always been on his list. Over the years, he has visited various parts of the legendary trail, which stretches across 14 states in the Eastern region of the United States. During a visit to Tennessee for a tech consulting business trip, Ulrich decided to seek peace at the majestic waterfalls of Gatlinsburg’s Great Smoky Mountains Park… Instinctively, he found himself in a moment of meditation; practicing yoga positions with the cascading waterfalls as his audio and visual companion. Finding peace and comfort in the tranquility of the park, the outdoorsman and tech entrepreneur regularly returns to practice yoga and meditation. More recently, Ulrich has started a music project, recorded in sessions at some of his favorite locations in the Great Smoky Mountains.
