2024 BBES PTA Gift Auction - Back to OUR Future

Doors open at 2:45 PM. Drawings will start at 4:30 PM
The BBES PTA is excited for our upcoming gift auction. All funds raised from the gift auction will go towards supporting extracurricular clubs/activities for the students like garden club, environmental club, sports club, safety patrol and more!
ATTIRE:
Come dressed as your favorite "Back to the Future" character or on theme and receive 1 free Mystery box ticket
FOOD AND DRINK:
Appetizers from Nauti Butler, Salads and Wraps from Drew's Market,
Desserts from Confections of a Rockstar Bakery, Horchata, Jamaica, Water, Coffee and Tea. BYOB. ** You are also welcome to bring your own food **
AUCTION TICKETS:
No checks will be accepted day of the event. Cash & credit cards (fee apply) ONLY
Level One - Prize Values up to $99 - Sheet of 26 tickets for $15 (or 2 for $25)
Level Two - Prize Values $100-$249 - Sheet of 11 tickets for $15 (or 2 for $25)
Level Three - Prize Values $250 -$499 - $5 per ticket (or 4 for $15)
Level Four - GRAND PRIZES - Values over $500 - $10 per ticket (or 4 for $30)
COMBO BUNDLE - $75 - 2 level one sheets, 2 level two sheets, 4 level three tickets & 1 grand prize ticket
Mystery Boxes Raffle - $5 per ticket (or 5 for $20)
The Gift Auction will be our largest fundraiser and we need all of the help and support of our school community. Please join one of the committees or sign up to help the day of the gift auction. A small amount of your time will go a long way.
