The App uses Firebase Analytics  to collect anonymous usage and performance information, which may include:

• Device type

• Operating system version

• App usage statistics

• Crash and performance data

Health and wellness records entered into the App, including blood pressure readings, sugar records, walking activity, breathing sessions, activity reminders, and sodium history, are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Firebase Analytics. 

Firebase Analytics is used only to collect anonymous usage, performance, crash, and diagnostic information to help improve the App.

Local Device Storage

The following information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

We do not maintain a cloud database containing your personal health records.

AI Sodium Analysis

To calculate sodium levels in food, the App may send the food details you enter to an artificial intelligence (AI) service for processing.

The food information submitted is used solely for sodium estimation, nutritional analysis, and related app functionality. We do not intentionally use this information to identify you personally.

AI-generated sodium estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Actual sodium content may vary based on ingredients, preparation methods, serving sizes, and other factors.

Users should not rely solely on AI-generated sodium estimates when making medical, dietary, or health-related decisions and should consult reliable nutritional sources or qualified healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Permissions We Request

Notifications Permission

The App requests notification permission to:

• Provide activity reminders

• Notify you about activities configured by you

• Support reminder-related features of the App

The App does not guarantee delivery of notifications under all circumstances, including situations involving device settings, notification permissions, battery optimization, operating system restrictions, or other technical limitations.

Physical Activity Permission

The App requests physical activity permission to:

• Track walking activity

• Measure activity progress

• Support daily task completion features

Microphone Permission

• The App may request microphone permission to support voice-enabled features, such as Smart Blood Pressure (BP) Input, which allows users to enter blood pressure readings using voice commands instead of manual typing.

• Audio is accessed only when you actively use a voice-input feature. The App does not continuously listen to, record, or monitor audio in the background.

• Voice input data is used solely to process and convert your spoken blood pressure information into text for entry within the App.

• You may deny this permission, but voice-input features may not function properly.

Activity Reminders

The App allows users to create reminders for wellness-related activities, including:

•  Walking

•  Breathing exercises

•  Blood pressure measurement

•  Sugar measurement

Users may select a reminder time and choose a daily or custom reminder frequency.

Activity reminder information, including selected activities, reminder times, frequencies, and related completion history, is stored locally on your device.

Activity reminders are convenience and wellness tools only. They are not medical advice, treatment instructions, or emergency alerts.

Features That Use Your Data

The App uses your information to provide:

• The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

• If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, such information may be removed directly within the App, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the App.

• Because user data is stored locally on the user's device and is not maintained in a cloud database by us, users have control over the removal of locally stored information.

Because your health records are stored locally on your device, you can generally:

• View your data within the App

• Modify your data within the App

• Delete app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the App

• Clear app storage to remove all locally stored information

• Uninstall the App at any time
