Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SN3 Apps ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use **Bingo Caller: Number Generator** (package name `com.nv.simplebingo`) and related support channels.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the app. If you have questions, contact us at **supportnewagedev@gmail.com**.

## Summary

- The app does not require an account.

- We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location to use the app.

- Bingo game data, saved sessions, preferences, custom number nicknames, board titles, and PDF export settings are stored on your device.

- If you choose to share a PDF, CSV, feedback email, app link, or Cast session, the information you choose to share is handled by the app, service, or device you select.

- The app uses Google services for ads, consent choices, analytics, crash reporting, Google Cast, and Google Play in-app review. Those services may process device, app activity, diagnostics, advertising, and approximate location information as described below.

- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection starts disabled and is controlled by the app's privacy/consent logic and your in-app analytics choice.

## Information You Provide

You may choose to enter or create the following information in the app:

- Custom number nicknames.

- Board or event titles.

- Saved session names and game history.

- Bingo mode, pattern, caller, voice, theme, ad-free, and other app preferences.

- Optional organizer, header, footer, set name, and ticket layout details for exported PDFs.

- Feedback email content if you choose to contact us from your email app.

- CSV files that you select for nickname import.

This information is primarily stored locally on your device using Android app storage. We do not operate an app account system or a custom backend server for this data.

## Information Collected Automatically

The app and the third-party SDKs it uses may process technical information such as:

- App activity, such as screens opened, bingo mode selected, games started or completed, number counts, PDF exports, rewarded ad events, Cast connection events, and time spent in major app modes.

- App diagnostics, such as crash stack traces, error details, device model, operating system version, app version, and related identifiers used for crash reporting.

- Advertising and device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID where available.

- Network and device information used to load ads, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and operate Google services.

- Approximate location inferred from IP address or device/network signals by third-party services. The app does not request precise location permission.

## Local App Data

The app stores data locally so it can work across launches, including:

- Current and previous bingo calls.

- Saved sessions and game history.

- Custom number nicknames.

- Theme, accent, haptic, voice, auto-call, manual entry, Cast display, pattern, PDF export, onboarding, and privacy/consent preferences.

- Rewarded-ad and ad-free timing information.

Android app storage is private to the app under normal operating system controls. The app currently disables Android cloud backup. Local data is usually removed when you uninstall the app, except for files you exported or shared outside the app.

## Ads and Consent

The app shows banner ads and may offer rewarded ads that grant ad-free time. Ads are provided through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to request and manage ad consent choices where required. The app checks consent status at launch before requesting ads. Where the app shows privacy choices in Settings, you can review or update eligible ad consent choices from there.

The app currently requests non-personalized ads from Google by setting the non-personalized ads request flag. Even for non-personalized ads, Google and its advertising partners may process device, network, advertising, fraud-prevention, frequency-capping, reporting, and contextual information to provide and measure ads.

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

## Analytics and Crash Reporting

The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate app usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and reliability issues.

Firebase Analytics events may include app screens, selected bingo mode, game start/completion, number counts, ad-free reward events, PDF export events, session save/load events, Cast connection events, and time spent in main app modes. We do not intentionally send your custom nicknames, board titles, PDF header/footer text, or saved session names as analytics event values.

Crashlytics may receive crash stack traces, diagnostic logs, device and app details, Firebase installation identifiers, and custom diagnostic keys such as current route, bingo mode, and number count. Crash reports help us find and fix app errors.

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection starts disabled in the app manifest. The app enables collection only when:

- you explicitly enable analytics/crash reporting in Settings, or

- the consent flow has resolved and indicates that a separate privacy-options entry point is not required for your region, subject to the stored app preference.

You can turn analytics/crash reporting off in the app's Settings where the privacy toggle is available.

Firebase privacy information is available here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

## Google Cast

If you use Cast, the app communicates caller state to the selected Cast receiver. This may include:

- Current number and call phrase.

- Custom nickname text if enabled.

- Board title.

- Called numbers and last called numbers.

- Bingo mode, display mode, pattern details, timer state, and theme colors.

- The selected Cast device name as part of the Cast payload.

Cast data is sent only when you choose to connect to a Cast device. Google Cast SDKs may also collect Cast interaction, app usage, session, device, and client app information to operate and improve Cast. Google states that Cast SDK data is encrypted in transit.

Google Cast SDK data disclosure information is available here: https://developers.google.com/cast/docs/android_sender/data_disclosure

## Text-to-Speech

If you enable caller voice features, the app sends call text to the Android Text-to-Speech engine installed on your device. Depending on the voice engine and voice you select, speech processing may happen on-device or under the provider's terms. The app stores your selected voice and voice settings locally.

## PDF, CSV, and Sharing Features

The app can generate bingo ticket PDFs and history or nickname CSV files. These files are created in the app's cache/share area and shared through Android's standard share sheet or document picker flows.

When you choose to share or save a file, the receiving app or service receives that file and handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not control what third-party apps do with files after you share them.

Nickname CSV imports are read from the file you select and processed locally in the app.

## Google Play In-App Review

The app may request the Google Play in-app review flow after enough games have been played. Google controls whether the review prompt appears and may process information needed to provide the Play review feature under Google's policies.

## Permissions

The app may request or declare these Android permissions:

- Internet and network state, used for ads, consent, Firebase, Google Cast, and related Google services.

- Advertising ID, used by Google advertising and measurement services where available.

The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, phone, or precise location permissions for core functionality.

## Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK.

- Google User Messaging Platform SDK.

- Firebase Analytics.

- Firebase Crashlytics.

- Google Cast SDK / Android MediaRouter.

- Google Play In-App Review.

- Android system Text-to-Speech engines selected by the user or device.

Third-party services may process information according to their own policies, terms, and settings. Important Google privacy resources include:

- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

- Google AdMob privacy and UMP documentation: https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy

- Firebase privacy and security information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

- Google Cast SDK data disclosure: https://developers.google.com/cast/docs/android_sender/data_disclosure

## How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide bingo caller, saved session, custom nickname, PDF export, Cast, voice, and settings features.

- Remember your preferences.

- Load and measure ads and provide rewarded ad-free time.

- Manage consent and privacy choices.

- Understand app usage trends and improve the app.

- Diagnose crashes, bugs, and performance problems.

- Respond to support requests.

- Comply with legal obligations and protect the app from abuse.

## How We Share Information

We may share information in these situations:

- With Google services and SDKs used in the app, as described above.

- With the app or service you choose when you share PDFs, CSVs, app links, or feedback emails.

- With a Cast receiver device when you choose to start a Cast session.

- If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our app or business.

We do not sell your custom nicknames, board titles, saved sessions, or PDF text. Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly to include certain advertising or analytics SDK activity. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising or sharing by using the app's available privacy choices, your device advertising settings, Google ad settings, or by contacting us.

## Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Exported files remain wherever you saved or shared them.

Analytics and crash data are retained by Google according to Firebase and Google service retention practices. Firebase states that Crashlytics retains crash stack traces, extracted minidump data, and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems.

Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, maintain records, and protect our rights.

## Your Choices

You can:

- Use the app without creating an account.

- Edit or delete custom nicknames in the nickname management screen.

- Clear or reset sessions and history using in-app controls where available.

- Turn analytics/crash reporting on or off in Settings where the privacy toggle is available.

- Review eligible ad consent choices in Settings where the privacy choices entry is available.

- Reset or limit your Android Advertising ID in your device settings.

- Delete local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

- Contact us at **supportnewagedev@gmail.com** to request access, deletion, correction, or other rights available under applicable privacy laws.

Because most app-created data is stored only on your device, we may not be able to access, correct, or delete that local data for you.

## Children

The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at **supportnewagedev@gmail.com**.

## International Transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom. Google and other service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.

## Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle. Android app storage protects local app data under normal operating system controls, and third-party SDK traffic is generally protected in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

## Region-Specific Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including the UK, EEA, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other jurisdictions with privacy laws, you may have rights to:

- Access personal information.

- Correct inaccurate personal information.

- Delete personal information.

- Object to or restrict certain processing.

- Withdraw consent.

- Receive a portable copy of certain information.

- Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling activities.

- Appeal a denied privacy request where applicable.

To exercise rights, email **supportnewagedev@gmail.com**. We may need information to verify your request. Some rights are limited by law, by the nature of local-only device data, and by information controlled directly by third-party services.

## Do Not Track

The app does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because it is a mobile app and there is no uniform mobile app standard for those signals. You can use the privacy controls described above.

## Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice in the app or on the policy page.
