Greeters and Ushers
Welcome the guests.
Give them a copy of the map of the scenes.
Ask if they need a CD or if they would rather use their phone. If possible, verify they can get the audio working. Let them know that they should turn on their hazard lights if they need help and an usher will assist them.
CD: There are 4 tracks, one for each scene. Instruct them to start the video when they see the ushers blink the lights. They will return the CD at the tent after the last scene.
Phone: They can scan the QR code to open the tracks on the website. They can play it from YouTube or Soundcloud.

Line up cars in a row of 2-4 depending on how many are sent.
Use the red light wands to direct traffic and start the scene:
Solid Red: Directing traffic from one scene to the next.
Blinking Red: Use this feature to tell guests to start the scene
Wait for the next scene to finish before sending cars.
Ask if they have a CD to return.
This is a great opportunity to talk with the guests, thank them for coming and wish them a Merry Christmas.
