This privacy policy applies to the Brake Panic: Istanbul mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by Golec Games (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service with optional in-app purchases. This service is provided "AS IS".

This data is processed by Google and Unity solely for transaction processing, fraud prevention, purchase restoration, and customer support.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter.

The Service Provider may introduce additional online features in the future, such as leaderboards, cloud save, or multiplayer functionality.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly.
