Laser cutting is often employed in the metalworking industry to cut metal into desired shapes. Some common products that are produced are: beams, columns, pipes, tubing, and sheet metal. These products can be used in a variety of industries, such as construction, automotive, and aerospace.

This process was pretty complicated but understandable, We used Vcarve Pro and made a design, In order to make the design you would need to get a photo in Black and White, which you can find on Google Chrome. After that, you would make a text box and add a caption/ or your name Under or Above the image. and then you would click the bird-shaped icon to configure all the pixelated settings. When you are done you need to save and export it into a.DXF File. After you would need to go into RDWorks and Import your file, Click and highlight everything inside the box and make it Blue, Then click the box and make it red. After you would need to change the Cut and Scan Speed/Power The Blue will be Scan and the red will be Cut.
