This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Arrow Out: Untangle Puzzle ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect the following information:
- Device and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
- Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region level)
- App interaction data (levels played, session length, in-game events)
- Diagnostic data (crash logs, performance data)

3. Advertising and Consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Settings → Privacy settings inside the App.
If you decline personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized (contextual) ads.
4. Your Choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads
- Opt out of personalized ads: Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
- Delete local game data: Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored progress
- Analytics data deletion request: Email us at iamboxkorea@gmail.com and we will process deletion of analytics data associated with your app instance
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App declares a target audience of 13+ on Google Play.
6. Data Security
Data transmitted by the third-party SDKs listed above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
