This Privacy Policy explains how AzogCorp ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the BoxofBox mobile application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described herein.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not download, install, or use the App.

We do not collect personal information directly. However, third-party SDKs integrated into the App may automatically collect the following categories of data:
Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
Device language and regional settings
IP address (used to determine general geographic region)
App version and session duration
Google Advertising ID (GAID) — a resettable, non-permanent device identifier used to serve relevant ads
Game session start/end times
In-game events, levels completed, and gameplay progress
App crash reports and technical diagnostics
Transaction identifiers (non-financial; no payment card data is collected or stored by us)
App store purchase receipt identifiers
We do NOT collect: name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive personal data.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we process data under the following legal bases:
Advertising & Analytics — to display contextually relevant ads and improve gameplay based on aggregated usage data.: Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
IAP Processing — to fulfill in-app purchases you initiate.: Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Personalized Advertising — where required by applicable law, we obtain consent before using your advertising ID for personalized ads. You may withdraw consent at any time via device settings.: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Data collected through third-party SDKs is used for the following purposes:
Displaying advertising (including personalized ads where permitted)
Measuring ad performance and campaign effectiveness
Analyzing gameplay to improve game balance, features, and user experience
Processing and verifying in-app purchases
Diagnosing technical issues and app crashes
We do not use data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We integrate the following third-party SDKs. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

We require that all third-party SDK providers we work with comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
We do not maintain our own user database. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained per their respective policies. General timeframes:
Advertising ID data: retained by Unity for up to 90 days after last activity
Analytics event data: retained in aggregated, anonymized form for up to 13 months
IAP transaction identifiers: retained for the duration required by app store policy and tax law (typically 5–7 years)
To request deletion of data associated with your Advertising ID, you may reset or delete your Google Advertising ID via Android Settings. This will immediately stop data association with your previous identifier.
All data transmitted between the App and third-party SDK servers is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security). We implement the following safeguards:
HTTPS-only network communication
No local storage of personal data on device beyond standard app cache
No server-side user accounts or databases maintained by AzogCorp
While we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to third-party services.
BoxofBox is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by applicable law, such as in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at azog9494@gmail.com. We will take steps to remove such information promptly.
The App is rated for general audiences. Advertising displayed within the App complies with Unity's policies on child-appropriate ad content.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
Opt out of personalized advertising: Android Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID or opt out of Ads Personalization
Reset your Advertising ID at any time in Android device settings
Right of access to data held about you
Right to rectification of inaccurate data

Data collected through third-party SDKs may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Unity Technologies participates in and certifies compliance with applicable data transfer frameworks.
For EEA/UK users: transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other lawful transfer mechanisms under GDPR Chapter V.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, SDK integrations, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
Post the revised policy at the public URL where this document is hosted
Notify users via an in-app notice for significant changes (where technically feasible)
Your continued use of the App after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
