FightFrame Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FightFrame mobile application and any related websites, software, content, products, features, and services provided by Immersionland LLC (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Immersionland LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as FightFrame (“FightFrame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Service.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and has permitted you to use the Service.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
2. The FightFrame Service
FightFrame is an AI-powered boxing training application. Depending on your subscription and the features currently available, the Service may allow you to:
Upload boxing, sparring, fight, or technique footage;
Receive AI-generated observations, ratings, and feedback regarding boxing technique;
Receive personalized boxing training plans;
Access boxing training modules, drills, exercises, and conditioning activities;
Upload footage of specific boxing movements or techniques for feedback;
Track training activity, skill development, progress, and related information; and
Access an AI-powered boxing training assistant and other related features.
The specific features available through the Service may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or remove features where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the Service.
3. AI-Generated Information
Certain parts of the Service use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze uploaded footage and generate feedback, ratings, observations, recommendations, training plans, and other outputs (“AI Outputs”).
AI Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances. The Service may fail to identify technical mistakes, safety risks, injuries, vulnerabilities, or opportunities for improvement.
FightFrame does not guarantee:
The accuracy or completeness of any AI Output;
That the Service will identify every issue visible in your footage;
That following an AI Output will improve your performance;
That an AI Output is suitable for your skill level, health, body, or circumstances; or
Any specific training, athletic, competitive, or safety result.
You are responsible for independently evaluating AI Outputs before relying on or acting upon them.
FightFrame is not a replacement for an experienced boxing coach, athletic trainer, medical professional, or other qualified professional who can evaluate you in person.
4. Boxing and Physical-Activity Risks
Boxing, sparring, conditioning, strength training, and exercise involve inherent and serious risks. These risks may include falls, collisions, overexertion, cuts, bruises, fractures, strains, sprains, concussions, traumatic brain injuries, permanent disability, and death.
By using the Service or participating in any activity presented or recommended through the Service, you understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with boxing and physical activity.
You are responsible for:
Determining whether you are physically capable of performing an activity;
Training at an intensity appropriate for your experience and condition;
Using appropriate protective equipment;
Training in a safe and suitable environment;
Using qualified coaching or supervision where appropriate;
Following applicable gym, athletic, and competition rules;
Stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, confusion, weakness, breathing difficulty, loss of coordination, or other concerning symptoms; and
Seeking appropriate professional or medical assistance when necessary.
Do not perform any drill, exercise, movement, or training recommendation that you do not understand or cannot safely perform.
5. No Medical Advice
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, concussion assessment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or injury-prevention guarantees.
Any information provided through FightFrame is intended solely for general educational, fitness, conditioning, and boxing-training purposes. It should not be interpreted as medical or healthcare advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, history of concussion, or concern about your ability to participate safely.
In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
6. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access the Service.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current account information;
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Not allow another person to use your account;
Not sell, transfer, or share your account; and
Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by a security failure for which FightFrame is legally responsible.
Contact contact@boxingai.me if you believe your account has been compromised.
7. Subscription Plans
FightFrame is offered through automatically renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store.
The subscription options currently include:
Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month, billed monthly.
Annual subscription: $59.88 per year, billed annually. This is equivalent to $4.99 per month when averaged across 12 months.
The price and subscription terms displayed through Apple’s purchase interface at the time of purchase control your transaction. Prices may vary based on country, currency, taxes, promotions, or future pricing changes.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
8. Annual-Plan Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a three-day free trial of the annual subscription.
Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, the trial will automatically convert into a paid annual subscription, and Apple will charge the annual subscription price displayed when you accepted the offer.
Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to new or otherwise eligible subscribers. You may not be eligible to receive more than one introductory trial or offer.
Canceling during the free-trial period may cause premium access to end immediately or at the end of the trial, depending on Apple’s applicable rules.
9. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription continues and renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily provide a refund for the current subscription period. You will generally retain premium access until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Deleting your FightFrame account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Apple processes subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and applicable refunds.
10. Restoring Purchases
FightFrame may provide a Restore Purchases feature that allows you to verify and restore an eligible active subscription associated with your Apple Account.
Restoring purchases does not:
Create a new subscription;
Issue a refund;
Extend your subscription period; or
Transfer a subscription between different Apple Accounts.
11. Refunds
Payments made through the App Store are processed by Apple.
FightFrame does not independently issue or control App Store refunds. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s applicable policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
12. User Content
“User Content” means any footage, video, image, audio, training information, profile information, feedback, or other content that you upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide through the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Immersionland LLC a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, modify for technical purposes, process, analyze, and display your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the Service to you;
Process your footage and generate requested AI Outputs;
Store and display your training history;
Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service;
Prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
Enforce these Terms; and
Comply with applicable law.
This license does not give FightFrame ownership of your User Content.
Your uploaded footage is not made publicly available to other FightFrame users through the Service.
13. People Appearing in Uploaded Footage
Uploaded footage may include sparring partners, opponents, coaches, spectators, gym members, officials, or minors.
You are solely responsible for obtaining all permissions, releases, licenses, and consents necessary to record, possess, upload, transmit, and process footage containing other people.
When footage includes a minor, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the content or have sufficient rights to upload and process it;
Your upload does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights;
You have obtained permission from identifiable people appearing in the footage where legally required;
You have complied with applicable gym, event, venue, and competition rules;
You are not uploading copyrighted broadcasts or restricted event footage without authorization; and
FightFrame and its service providers may process the content as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict access to, remove, or delete User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights.
14. OpenAI and Other Service Providers
FightFrame uses third-party service providers to operate and provide the Service. These providers may include artificial-intelligence providers, cloud-hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, security providers, and other technical providers.
FightFrame currently uses the OpenAI API to assist with analyzing boxing footage and generating feedback, ratings, observations, recommendations, and training plans.
When you request an AI-powered analysis, FightFrame may transmit the following information to OpenAI:
Uploaded footage;
Individual images or frames extracted from footage;
Audio contained in uploaded footage;
Technical or contextual information about the footage;
Prompts and instructions necessary to perform the analysis; and
Other information reasonably necessary to generate the requested output.
Under OpenAI’s standard API data practices, information submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI’s general-purpose models by default unless the API customer affirmatively opts in.
OpenAI may temporarily retain API inputs, outputs, logs, metadata, or related information for purposes including abuse monitoring, fraud prevention, security, technical operations, and legal compliance. Under standard configurations, abuse-monitoring logs may generally be retained for up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law.
Certain OpenAI features, endpoints, or configurations may store application data for different periods or until that data is deleted. Retention practices may vary based on the particular API feature and FightFrame’s technical configuration.
FightFrame may also temporarily process and store User Content through its own systems and other service providers as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
We may add, replace, or remove service providers as the Service develops. Material changes to how personal information is processed will be addressed through our Privacy Policy and any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
15. Privacy
Our collection, processing, storage, sharing, and deletion of personal information are described in the FightFrame Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by FightFrame and its service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
16. Account and Data Deletion
You may initiate deletion of your account through the account-deletion feature within the Service or by contacting contact@boxingai.me.
Deleting your account will initiate deletion of your account information, uploaded footage, training information, and associated data from FightFrame’s active systems, subject to limited retention where reasonably necessary for:
Legal or regulatory compliance;
Fraud, abuse, or security prevention;
Resolving disputes;
Enforcing agreements;
Temporary backups;
Financial or transaction records; and
Temporary processing or retention by service providers.
Some deleted information may remain in encrypted or restricted backups for a limited period before being overwritten or permanently removed.
Account deletion may be irreversible.
Deleting your FightFrame account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
17. AI Outputs and Generated Materials
Subject to these Terms, you may use AI Outputs generated for you through the Service for your personal, lawful boxing-training purposes.
AI Outputs may contain similar or identical material to outputs generated for other users. FightFrame does not represent that an AI Output is unique, original, protectable by intellectual-property law, or free from third-party rights.
You may not represent an AI Output as:
Medical advice;
A diagnosis;
A professional coaching certification;
A guaranteed assessment of skill or safety; or
A substitute for an in-person professional evaluation.
18. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful boxing-training and related personal purposes.
You may not:
Upload content you do not have the right to use;
Violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
Upload unlawful, exploitative, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or sexually explicit content;
Upload content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers a minor;
Use the Service to facilitate an unlawful fight, assault, or intentional physical harm;
Encourage another person to engage in dangerous or unlawful conduct;
Attempt to access another user’s account or data;
Interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Service;
Upload malware or harmful code;
Conduct automated attacks or submit excessive automated requests;
Scrape, crawl, index, extract, or systematically collect content or data from the Service without permission;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, prompts, systems, or underlying models of the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
Circumvent subscription, payment, security, usage, or access controls;
Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute access to the Service;
Use the Service or its outputs to train, benchmark, develop, or improve a competing AI system or product without written permission;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
Use the Service fraudulently; or
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
19. FightFrame Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, training modules, text, graphics, videos, drills, exercises, analysis formats, databases, and other content, is owned by Immersionland LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, FightFrame grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal purposes.
No ownership interest in the Service is transferred to you.
FightFrame’s license does not extend to User Content that you own.
“FightFrame,” its logos, and associated branding are names, marks, or identifiers belonging to Immersionland LLC. You may not use them without written permission.
20. Feedback
You may voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback concerning the Service.
You grant Immersionland LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution.
This section does not grant us ownership of your uploaded boxing footage.
21. Copyright and Rights Complaints
If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your copyright or other legal rights, contact:
contact@boxingai.me
Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the affected content, explain the basis of your complaint, and allow us to contact you.
We may remove content or restrict accounts associated with repeated or serious infringements.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if:
You violate these Terms;
Your use creates a legal, security, or safety risk;
Your subscription expires or payment fails;
We reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently;
You upload content without sufficient rights or consent;
We are required to do so by law; or
Continuing to provide the Service is no longer reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and disputes.
23. Service Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
Video processing and analysis may fail, be delayed, or produce limited results because of:
Footage quality;
Camera angle;
Lighting;
Visibility;
File size or format;
Internet connectivity;
Server availability;
Third-party service availability;
Technical limitations; or
Other factors outside our control.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
24. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or provide access to third-party platforms, products, websites, software, or services.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, security, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services that we do not control.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and policies established by that provider.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties

Immersionland LLC disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
Merchantability;

The Service will be uninterrupted or free from errors;
Uploaded footage will always produce usable analysis; or
User Content will never be lost, corrupted, or accessed without authorization.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immersionland LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or use.
This limitation applies to claims arising from or relating to:
Reliance on AI Outputs;
Boxing, sparring, training, exercise, or conditioning;
Personal injury or property damage;
Decisions made based on the Service;
Unauthorized account access;
Loss or corruption of User Content;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Immersionland LLC arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
The total amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
One hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
27. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Immersionland LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:

Your use or misuse of the Service;
Footage uploaded without sufficient rights or consent;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law;
Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
Your boxing, sparring, exercise, or training activities.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was directly caused by Immersionland LLC’s unlawful conduct.
28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@boxingai.me and provide a written description of the dispute and the relief requested.
You and Immersionland LLC agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after the notice is received.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, security threats, or intellectual-property infringement.
29. Apple App Store Terms
If you download or purchase FightFrame through Apple’s App Store:
These Terms are between you and Immersionland LLC, not Apple;
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for FightFrame;
Apple processes subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and applicable refunds;
Your use of FightFrame is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and usage rules;
Apple is not responsible for claims relating to FightFrame except where required by law;
If FightFrame fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the applicable purchase price where required;
Apple has no other warranty obligation concerning FightFrame to the extent permitted by law; and
Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you.
These Terms supplement and do not replace any applicable Apple standard end-user license agreement.
30. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use or access the Service in violation of United States export-control, sanctions, or trade laws.
You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States sanctions and are not listed on a United States government restricted-party list.

By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to your account, subscription, security, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and operation of the Service.
Electronic communications may be provided through the Service, by email, or through another reasonable electronic method.
You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, technology, business practices, subscription offerings, or security needs.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the effective date.
If a change is material, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or through another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
33. General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and Immersionland LLC concerning the Service.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship is created by these Terms.
