Bo Ventures LLC was formed by 5 friends who wanted to work together by investing in the community they love in Fort Wayne, IN. The goal is to purchase and renovate housing that they would be proud to move their own families into to provide quality housing to those in search of a safe and updated place to live. With 3 licensed real estate brokers involved that aim to be in the business for decades, we want to ensure that everyone has a positive experience and a dwelling they can be proud of with Bo Ventures LLC. 

With a move-in checklist to make sure the home is in proper working order, and a property management company on-call, you can rest knowing your home will be in good condition.  We want tenants who are our partners in communication on the ongoing maintenance of the home.
