Your privacy is our utmost priority. This Privacy Policy explains how **AI Boutique Designer Studio** (the "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data.
By using the App, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.
### 1. What Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum amount of data required to provide the App's AI boutique design features. Depending on the feature you choose to use, the App may process the following user-provided data:
- **User-Provided Text Prompts:** The textual descriptions, styling requests, boutique/store dimensions, layout notes, and design preferences you manually type into the App.
- **User-Selected or User-Captured Shop Images:** If you use the **Empty Shop** feature, you may choose a shop image from your photo library or capture a new shop photo with your camera. Only the specific image you select or capture for that feature is used.
**We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit:**
- Your name, email address, or phone number.
- Your full photo library, camera roll, or unrelated local gallery files.
- Photos that you did not specifically select or capture for the Empty Shop feature.
- Audio recordings or microphone data.
- Device identifiers (IDFA) for tracking purposes.
The App does not browse, scan, or upload your photo library. Photo access is used only when you choose a shop image for Empty Shop redesign or when you save an AI-generated boutique design to your device.
### 2. How We Collect Data
Data is collected only through actions you choose to take inside the App:
- When you type a design description and tap **Generate Design**, the text prompt you entered is used to create your requested boutique design.
- When you use the **Empty Shop** feature and choose a photo from your library or take a new photo, only that selected or captured shop image is used to generate the redesigned boutique concept.
- When you tap **Save**, the generated image may be saved locally to your device's photo library.
The App does not access your camera or photo library in the background.
### 3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the AI design features you request:
- Text prompts are used to generate 3D architectural boutique and retail design visualizations.
- Empty Shop images are used only to redesign the selected or captured shop image into a boutique concept.
- Generated images are saved locally in the App's gallery and, if you choose, to your device's photo library.
Your text prompts and selected shop images are not used for advertising, user profiling, tracking, or any unrelated purpose.
### 4. Who We Share Data With (Third-Party AI Services)
To generate high-quality AI boutique designs, the App uses specialized third-party AI service providers. Before AI generation data is sent, the App presents an explicit consent dialog requesting your permission.
If you grant permission, the following data may be securely transmitted to third-party providers:
- **OpenAI (API):** We use OpenAI's API to analyze, enhance, and structure your text prompt so it is suitable for architectural and boutique design generation. OpenAI receives text prompts only.
- **Replicate / Black Forest Labs:** We use Replicate, including models provided by Black Forest Labs, to generate the final AI image. Replicate may receive the enhanced text prompt and, only when you use the Empty Shop feature, the single shop image you selected or captured for redesign.
No personal identifiers are intentionally attached to your prompts or selected shop images when they are sent for AI processing.
### 5. Third-Party Data Protection & Equality of Protection
We take reasonable steps to ensure that third-party providers used by the App offer data protection practices appropriate for the services they provide.
- **OpenAI:** Data sent through OpenAI's API is processed to provide the requested prompt enhancement result and is subject to OpenAI's API data usage and retention policies.
- **Replicate / Black Forest Labs:** Data sent to Replicate is used to run image generation or image redesign models and return the requested output. This may include the selected Empty Shop image only when you choose to use that feature.
By limiting transmissions to the data required for the requested feature, we aim to minimize data exposure and protect user privacy.
### 6. User Permission & Consent
The App will not transmit your AI generation data to OpenAI or Replicate without your explicit prior consent.
When you first use the generation feature, the App displays an **AI Data Notice** explaining what data may be sent and which providers process it. You must tap **"I Agree & Continue"** to allow the data transmission.
If you decline, the App will not transmit AI generation data, though the AI generation features will not function.
System permissions are requested only when needed:
- **Photo Library:** Requested when you choose a shop image for Empty Shop redesign or save a generated image.
- **Camera:** Requested only when you choose to take a shop photo for Empty Shop redesign.
- **Microphone:** The App does not request microphone access, does not record audio, and does not use microphone data.
### 7. Data Retention
We do not store your text prompts, selected shop images, or generated images on our own servers.
Generated images are delivered to your device and stored locally within the App's gallery. If you choose to delete an image from the App's gallery, it is removed from the local App gallery. If you delete the App, locally stored App gallery data may be permanently deleted from your device.
Data transmitted to third-party AI providers is handled according to those providers' own data processing and retention policies.
### 8. Subscriptions and Payments
All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple and managed through RevenueCat.
We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or payment details. Apple and RevenueCat handle payment-related data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
### 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the **"Last Updated"** date and post the revised Privacy Policy on this page.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
