Your game stays on your device
Fractal Bloom is an offline-first idle game by Bots With Manners in France. Your progress, language, sound settings and cosmetic choices are stored locally. There is no game account, advertising, gameplay analytics service or developer-operated game server. Manual save exports are copied to your clipboard only when you request them.
Optional purchases
The Supporter Pack is a one-time cosmetic purchase through Google Play (€2.99 in France; local prices vary). Google processes payment under its own terms. The game never accesses your card number or payment credentials.
Google Play supplies the product identifier, purchase token, order information, signed receipt and purchase status. The game verifies and stores the receipt locally to unlock and restore your cosmetics, and sends purchase acknowledgements to Google Play. This purchase information is used to provide the pack and prevent invalid unlocks. Purchases are optional; all progression is free.
Google Play billing diagnostics
The Google Play Billing library also sends billing-operation diagnostics to Google. These include operation results and errors, timing information, app and library versions, Android version, device model and related technical details, and billing-session identifiers. Google uses these to operate, diagnose and improve its billing service. This automatic technical reporting is separate from your game progress; the game has no switch to disable it while using its billing integration. Billing network traffic uses encrypted transport.

Support, retention and deletion
If you email support, Bots With Manners uses the details you send to answer your request. Do not include payment credentials. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email, subject to any necessary legal retention.
Use the in-game full reset to erase progression. Clear the app’s storage or uninstall it to remove its local settings and receipt cache as well. This does not cancel a purchase or erase Google’s transaction records; Google Play can restore your entitlement. Google controls retention of its payment records and billing diagnostics. See Google’s privacy controls for requests relating to those records.
