BotShain (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-driven cryptocurrency signals and portfolio application (“App”). This short policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and how you can contact us.
Data we collect
Account: email address, account identifiers.
Wallet & transaction data (optional): public wallet addresses, balances, transaction hashes (only if you connect or provide them).
Exchange/API credentials (optional): API keys you supply for integrations (we recommend restricted permissions; we do not request withdrawal permissions).
Device & diagnostics: device model, OS, app version, crash logs, usage analytics.
Support & billing: support messages and payment processor references (we do not store full card data).
How we use data
To provide and maintain the App (account management, portfolio features, signals), enable optional integrations/automation you authorize, communicate with you, improve and secure the App, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with: service providers (hosting, analytics, payments), third-party integrations you authorize (wallets, exchanges), and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). We retain data only as required to provide services, comply with law, or prevent fraud. Account deletion removes active data; some backups or records may be retained as required.
Rights & choices
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data where permitted by law.
Children
The App is not for children under the applicable minimum age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
