Dear B.O.T.A. members, family, and friends,
Your B.O.T.A. Fratres and Sorores of the Southwest Region invite you to join us for a weekend of fellowship, fun and inspiration at the beautiful Lakeview Methodist Conference Center, Palestine, Texas. This year’s theme will be “Seeing Stars” as we study and meditate on Tarot Key 17. We will reflect upon the many meanings of the Star as we experience the many aspects of meditation. We’ll even do a bit of fishing!
The Conference Center, situated in the scenic East Texas piney woods near Palestine, is a little over 100 miles from Dallas or Houston. The site, covering over 1300 acres, offers numerous quiet scenic points, lakes, and miles of nature trails where you can get a close-hand look at Autumn in the woods.
All meals and beverages are provided at the Conference Center. Families and friends are welcome. Family activities include: nature trails, paddleboats, tennis, and fishing. You supply your own gear.

Rates
Rooms are single or double occupancy and include three days, two nights lodging, and all meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch).
Adult, double occupancy: $245 per person
Adult, single occupancy (private room): $325
Up to two children under 18 years old in same room with their parents: $50 per child. Childcare is not provided.
Full payment is due on September 15, 2022. Refunds must be requested through September 15, 2022.
