I am the  Edwin C. Voorhees Endowed Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley's Agricultural and Resource Economics department, with an affiliation at the Economics department

I am also an Associate Editor at the Journal of European Economic Association and affiliated with the NBER ITI program, CEPR, CeMMAP, CReAM, IFS, UCL's Stone Centre for Inequality, and the CEP Trade Programme

My research covers topics in international trade and applied econometrics. I received my PhD at Harvard in 2018 and spent a year as a postdoctoral researcher at Princeton's International Economics Section. I worked at UCL prior to UC Berkeley.

As a Russian citizen, I demand that Putin's military aggression is stopped and I pray for the peace in Ukraine. Consider making a donation via the Kyiv School of Economics.
