The menu for this pop-up was partially inspired by our trip to JL Studio in Taichung, Taiwan.  JL Studio is a 3-Michelin starred Singaporean restaurant that we visited this past June, and we were inspired by Chef Jimmy Lim's creative takes on traditional Singaporean dishes.

Chef Willet was particularly inspired by their "nasi lemak" dessert--where they took the flavors of the savory coconut rice dish with anchovies, peanuts, and sambal, and masterfully turned it into a stunning sweet dish.
